The Cold & Freezing Jakarta

I wonder, why last week Jakarta was so so cold. At first, I thought the cold temperature only occur every time we got rain or windy weather. But I just realized that the water also very very cold (it rarely happened in Jakarta), as if someone put giant ice cube to chill it. That make me feel I was taking a bath in Bandung everytime I took a bath. So cold! Can't believe it ever happened at Jakarta!
